1. Scope
This Refund Policy covers Schumann Resonance Live Pro web subscriptions purchased via Paddle on schumannresonancelive.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record; tax, invoicing, and many refund requests are handled through Paddle’s processes.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro access continues until then.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because the digital subscription is delivered immediately, partial-period refunds are generally not provided, except where required by mandatory consumer law or in cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or prolonged technical access failure we or Paddle confirm.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email legal@schumannresonancelive.com with your subscription email and transaction date. Include your Paddle receipt or invoice when possible.
5. Mobile App Purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow those stores’ refund policies and are separate from web subscriptions.
